Tour Des Chutes. A multi-distance cycling event staged every July by Gary Bonacker, brain cancer survivor, to benefit St. Charles Cancer Services and the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

Heaven Can Wait. A 5K walk/run event hosted by Charlene Levesque, breast cancer survivor, and Central Oregon Running Klub (CORK) held annually on National Cancer Survivors Day, first Sunday in June, to benefit the Sara Fisher Breast Cancer Project of St. Charles Foundation.

Sara Fisher Project. The Sara Fisher Project was established in memory of Sara Fisher, cherished teacher, counselor and active volunteer who died of breast cancer in 1992. Sara's Project promotes women’s health through research, education, outreach and support services in Central Oregon.

Wendy's Wish. Wendy's Wish, in memory of Wendy Huntley, Mt. View high school teacher who died of colon cancer in 2006, exists to provide education, promote early detection of colorectal cancer and offer affordable and compassionate support.

Joan Gould Memorial Trek. The story behind the first in a series of training hikes for cancer survivors and family/friends in preparation for climbing one of the Cascade peaks.

For Your Health. A Web site featuring nutritional recipes to inspire those with cancer to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains into their diet. 

Central Oregon Trails. This Web site was designed by a cancer survivor and features Central Oregon hiking and snow-shoe trails.
